The path was not linear. The purpose is.
I started by caring for people at their most vulnerable. That experience still shapes how I build companies today.
I learned my first lessons about leadership in delivery rooms, not boardrooms. As a midwife, I saw that pressure exposes every weakness in a system, and that trust, clarity and care can change an outcome.
After miscarriages and a dismissal that challenged my place in Switzerland, I chose to stay. I turned that difficult chapter into momentum, built two companies and led both to an exit.
Today I bring the same discipline to people strategy, employer branding and new ventures. I help businesses grow without losing sight of the people who make that growth possible.
